Depending on your requirements, and in order to maintain consistency, Kleener Homes will schedule you a team of two regular staff to attend your property and effect your cleaning as required.
All cleaning materials will be provided by Kleener Homes including bin liners and vacuum cleaners
Landlord Cleans - End Of Tenancy Cleans
A comprehensive clean for rented properties ensuring incoming tenants find your property thoroughly clean,fresh, polished and welcoming
Regular Clean
A typical Regular Clean will include the following;
Wiping down all Kitchen work surfaces + frontage of units
Dusting and polishing of furniture and fixings
Cleaning WC, Showers, Baths and Sinks
Wiping all window ledges Vacuuming all carpets
Removing cobwebs
Mopping floors
Cleaning Hobs
Emptying bins
Initial Clean
Some clients prefer to start the regular cleaning cycle of their home with an initial clean which is a more in-depth and comprehensive clean which includes all of the above plus the following;
Wiping down all tiled areas (bathrooms / Kitchens)
Washing down all woodwork / skirting boards
Cleaning of ceiling fittings / lights / fans etc
Cleaning of all interior Windows
Spring Clean
Additionally, certain clients require a comprehensive home spring clean (normally once / twice per year) which includes all of the above plus;
Cleaning all cupboard interiors / bathroom cabinets etc
Cleaning Silver/Brass/Glassware
Microwave interiors
